Amazing local bike shop. I have been bringing my mountain bikes there for a few years now and the staff is knowledgeable and never sales-y. They provide quality work and I always feel I can trust them to fix what needs fixing and let be what can. Cannot recommend them enough!

Brought a bike in to have the brakes adjusted. They did so, but the brakes still barely worked. Brought it back in, they changed the pads, and the brakes still barely work. I’ve tried and tried to like the place because it’s local and a cool shop, but I’ve just never had anything done by them that felt like there was any attention to detail or good work. They’re fair people though, which gets them an extra star.

Was out for a ride and made a quick stop in as my bike needed a quick fix. Brave New Wheel took care of me in short order and I was back on my way. Great service, highly recommend!!

Love this place! Just moved to FoCo and needed a few adjustments made to my Seven. It's always a challenge to find a new bike shop when I move. But, as soon as I walked through the door, Mike walked up to me and asked what I needed. He listened attentively, made a few suggestions, then took my bike back to his stand and performed his magic. When he brought her back out after about 10-15 minutes, he explained everything that was going on, and made a few more suggestions regarding how to take care of my bike in Colorado (as opposed to out east where I am originally from). Thanks, Mike. I'll be taking Seven back to BNW for a tune-up next month. So grateful to have found "my shop" in FoCo!

Brave New Wheel in Fort Collins worked on my ElliptiGO 11Rs. I'm very happy with them. The shifter on one totally quit working at all. I had a new ElliptiGO 11R in the basement that I bought when Performance Bikes in Fort Collins went out of business so I started riding it, and it was fine, but I wanted to change the tires that came on it to Schwalbe Marathons with GreenGuard, because I've never had a flat with them. I called and Brave New World gave me an appointment to bring them in on Oct 7th. I was there within 10 minutes of when they opened and dropped off the GOs. I picked them both up that evening. When I got there to pick them up, I noticed I had my Shockstop suspension stem on my older 11R, the one that had the shifting problem that they fixed, and it wasn't necessary if I was not going to be riding it so for an extra $15 the guy swapped it to the newer 11R. The total price for everything was $97.11, including $1.62 for tax. The hub oil change was $35. Each tire change was $7. Total price for adjusting derailleur, shift cable and derailleur cable was $31.49, and that fixed the shifting problem
